职位描述：
Responsibilities/职责范围:
? Supervise accountant in all accounting related matters (AR, AP, GL, CAPEX, inventory)
? Supervise accountant in treasury matters
? Responsible for monthly closing and finance reporting
? Set up finance procedure
? Support in accounting system implementation (including set up COA that is detailed enough for future analysis)
? Advise on tax related matters (especially Consumption Tax, VAT, Individual Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax)
? Support Finance VP in business and finance analysis
? Support in setting logistic flow
? Support in compliance (SOX, US anti-corruption law)
Key Competencies/主要能力:
? Solid finance and analytical skills
? Fluent in English or Korean
? Logical thinking, factual base and good communication skills
? Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable to set up things from scratch, able to grow with the company
Education and Experience requirements/教育和经验要求:
? Bachelor degree, preferably in accounting or finance
? 7-10 years of work experience in accounting / finance
? Experience of in charge of GL/overall accounting reporting
? Experience in consumer goods industry, preferably in cosmetics industry
? Knowledge of wholesale and retail business model
? Team supervision experience
? Big 4 experience a plus
Preferably good knowledge and skills of/其他技能要求:
? Experience in tax, and FP&A a plus
