Responsibilities:
A. Assists the HR Manager in the administration of all phases in human resources including but not limited to: recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, and etc.
B. Assists in application and renewal of SH temporary residency for employees.
C. Manages and acts as interface to Admin suppliers, i.e. Housing Keeping, Green Plants, Stationary, Air-ticket, Business Card (Badge), Delivery (Mail) and etc. Handle corresponding admin payments.
D. Updates company internal/External telephone directory.
E. Receives visitors, screens and answers phone calls in a professional manner.
F. Supports the company office move in setting up office area, managing meal and shuttle service and etc.
G. Assists in translation and interpretation if necessary.
H. Manages company chop, business license, organization code certificate and other legal documents, supports annual inspection of above mentioned documents.
I. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field
? 1-3 years of HR or admin experience in foreign company preferred
? Good oral and written English
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good command of computer skills – MS. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
? Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
? Strong sense of responsibility, work considerately, precisely and organized;
? Good team work spirit
