Job Description:
M Moser Associates is looking for a Plumbing & FS engineer who is passionate about Office, R&D Center and Hospital to join our Shanghai Office. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh and exciting workplace design projects for our portfolio of high-profile clients. Applicant must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong commitment. We seek a responsible and persuasive candidate who excels in teamwork.

The successful applicant for this position will be able to:
？ Communication with end-users and design firms in early phases of projects to set the overall vision and value.
？ Work alongside project director and help with submission approval process
？ Take charge of inspecting engineering drawings.
？ Liaising with construction firms, supervisory organizations and design firms.
？ Managing construction of PLUMBING & FS systems on site to ensure the smooth execution of project.
？ Take charge of the hand-over procedure as well as keep quality, safety, progress and investment in check during the construction process.
？ Identify any possible flaw from relevant engineering drawings and working diagrams.
？ Give professional suggestions on PLUMBING & FS system design and keep track of design progress.
？ Make sure the project aligns with any relevant installation specifications and standard in use.
？ Carry out the inspection and acceptance procedure of PLUMBING and FS system.

Desired skills and experience:
？ A Bachelor’s degree or above in PLUMBING system.
？ Over at least 8 years of working experience in PLUMBING & FS system design and management.
？ Familiar with PLUMBING & FS system design, construction standards, specifications and workflow. Able of execute relevant work independently.
？ Fluent written and spoken business English.
？ Proficiency in SketchUp, autoCAD and MS Office.
