职位描述:

1、建立培训体系，组织制定公司总体的培训政策与制度；

2、组织培训需求的收集、审核与分析，制定人才培训实施计划；

3、根据公司发展需求组织开发相关培训项目，并组织实施；

4、为干部的职业发展提供意见和支持；

5、指导下级单位组织员工职业发展和专业培训活动；

6、组建高素质的全公司培训团队；

7、对部门人员进行日常管理；

8、完成人力资源部总监交代的其他事宜；

9、履行其他部门职责达成所需配合的工作。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上人力资源专业教育背景；
2、5年以上大中型企业HR经理管理经验；
3、熟悉现代人力资源管理各大模块原理与实际操作，具备规划人力资源管理相关制度、流程的能力；
4、具有全局观念，较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力和表达能力；
5、品行端正，责任心强，能承担较大工作压力。
