工作职责：

1、全面负责招聘、绩效、培训、组织发展及企业文化建设管理工作；

2、了解所支持部门的发展战略和团队运作状况，有效推动各项人力资源政策及流程在各职能部门的执行；

3、优化组织结构，合理有效配置人力资源；

4、组织开展岗位职责分析，建立健全岗位责任制；

5、进行人力资源开发，制定公司内部人才梯队计划；

6、负责组织企业文化建设及团队活动；

7、其他人力资源管理相关工作。

任职要求：

1、人力资源、管理或相关专业统招本科以上学历；

2、5年以上相关工作经验，2年以上人力资源管理工作经验；

3、了解人力资源各模块工作，并至少具备绩效、培训两个以上人力资源模块的实操经验，熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规；

4、成熟稳重，思维灵活，有开拓精神，优秀的沟通能力及解决问题的能力。
