Description of responsibility:
- Working in customer service headquarter, HSC engineer needs to
- Deliver 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units, as well as Regional Support Centers worldwide,
- Provide knowledge and maintain knowledge base to enhance Healthcare‘s service performance globally,
- Support the Business Units to improve the quality of their products,
- Support new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.

Experience required:
- Min. 3 years of field service experience on medical imaging products;
- International culture orientation: experience of working with international employees or customers.

Language Skills:
- Fluent oral and written English

Education Background:

- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
