职位描述：
Contract Review and contract negotiation
Administration of the Contract review and Contract House Databases; administration of Contracts and other corporate legal Documents
Translating legal documents from English to Chinese or vice versa when required;
Company secretarial work in relation to all BU legal entities including preparing and seeking approvals on board and/or shareholder resolutions, coordination with BOM assistants, and etc.;
Administration of the compliance list and provide training for relevant personnel
Setting up of contracts and contracts templates
General legal advice & Trainings on general and specific Legal topics

Qualification:
2-5 years of experience in/as Legal Counsel/Legal Advisor or other similar position
Excellent knowledge of Contract and International Law; High competence in general legal matters; ability to analyse and handle complex legal topics and to offer efficient and workable solutions; relevant work experience
English language at level C1 ; Interest in working in an international environment; Ability to assert oneself in contract negotiations
High communication and social competence; Appreciation for working with people; Flexibility in the course of internal and external negotiations; Organised work style; Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and to accomplish multitude of tasks; good skills in using EDV-databases and systems
Further Responsibilities:
Corporate Law; contact point for coordinating and cooperating with external advisors and internal customers; cooperation on international and local projects of different character 举报 分享
