- For our Energy Sector in Shanghai we are looking for a Manager RIC/ICS Coordination at the earliest opportunity. - The function of an RIC/ICS Coordinator supports the BU in executing the RIC requirements as well as in charge for the ICS activities. The function is assigned to E W APAC BC department. Main responsibilities relate to the coordination and monitoring of the divisonal ERM Process.

What are my responsibilities?
- Coordination of the ERM/ICS process for E W APAC China, incl. Reporting to cluster and HQ.
- Ensuring consistent application of the Siemens ERM process within the organizational units, reporting any gaps identified and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Support the monitoring of major and high risks and opportuinities (incl. trending) and related response activities.
- Preparation, facilitation (incl. minutes of meeting) and follow-up on annual risk workshops.
- Ensure consideration of relevant risk information sources within the organizational unit, e.g. from other management and controlling functions (Accounting, Compliance, Business Development, Strategy, etc.)
- Ensure training and ongoing support of appropriate personnel within the organizational units using the training material provided by the CRD
- Obtain necessary risk information within the organizational units by
- initiating and facilitating the risk identification and assessment processes, and
- liaising with Risk Owners and assurance providers for risks
- Support the involved organizational units in executing the ERM process, e.g. support the development of action plans or revision of action plans for managing risks.
- Other Business Controlling related task as assigend

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in business administration tasks and/or project management
- Profound knowledge of Siemens Risk Management Techniques and -methods (ERM Manual) preferred
- Experience to work in virtual, international teams
- Intercultural experience in business/projects preferred and fluent English
