Primary Function主要职能
负责中国市场零配件订单处理，与服务销售和设备销售团队及其他相关部门紧密合作。
The incumbent will be responsible for order processing of Spare Parts for the Chinese market. Closely working with Customer Consultant team, Sales team and related departments will be required. This position is reporting to Group Leader Service Operations Hauni China.

Key Duties主要职责
To handle day to day order processing activities of Spare Parts: handling inquiries of customers, creating quotations and orders, monitoring the deliveries, invoicing and follow up of payments and issuing the related documents to customers in an accurate manner
处理零配件日常订单：处理客户询价，创建报价及订单，跟踪发货，开票及付款，并且准确出具相应的文件给客户。
Due to the high level of standardization and automation, to intensely use our SAP system for the daily business.
由于高标准自动化的需要, 广泛使用SAP系统处理日常业务。
To cooperate with various departments (i.e. sales, technical support, including offices overseas) to handle the customer complaint and to ensure the issues are solved accurately and on time.
与不同部门（如销售，技术支持，包括海外办公室）合作, 及时有效地处理客户投诉。
To act according to the relevant processes based on the standards of our worldwide organization. Contribute to the permanent improvement of these processes.
工作中遵守基于全球标准而制定的流程，并尽力优化该流程。
Requirements要求
Training/Qualifications: Bachelor degree in economics, international business preferably
培训/学历 经济或国际贸易学士学位优先
Work experience: No limitation, experience of import & export trade preferably
工作经验 不限，有进出口贸易工作经验优先
Other requirements (e.g. PC or languages):
其他要求（如电脑或语言）：
Excellent communication skills and work ethic
优秀的沟通技巧及职业道德
Fluent in verbal and written English
英语口语及书写流利
Experience and ability of working with well-defined processes and guidelines
能够在现有的流程及规定下工作
Well versed in Microsoft Office, SAP experience is preferable.
熟练使用办公室软件, 有SAP 经验优先
Able to work independently, self- disciplined and under pressure
能够独立工作，自律，能承受压力
Have strong team working ability

Details and task oriented

Willingness to travel sporadically to China and Germany
