Job description:
To be responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities, pre-production sample development, costing , preliminary screening & operation tracking.
To communicate order operation processes properly to meet quantity, quality, order specifications & delivery dates required.
To track pre-operation on sample development to ensure matching of samples against required specifications & quality standard.
To coordinate logistics & prepare costing packages.
To diagnose operation problems & work with factory to present alternatives to both buyers & local management.


Requirements:
Thought is agile, have a keen market antenna, strong market development, enterprising consciousness. Familiar with marketing work process.
High sense of responsibilities, detail oriented, thorough and organized, good communication and coordination skills, team player a must.
Bachelor degree in Garment Construction & Apparel Manufacture.
Minimum 5+ years experience in apparel merchandising environment.
Good product knowledge in woven
