2、负责甄别、选择、建立和维护合适的渠道；
3、负责招聘工作，包括简历筛选和招聘测试、面试、录用等；
4、分析、评估招聘效果，为完善招聘流程提供数据支持；
5、负责公司活动策划、组织实施及企业文化建设；
6、协助部门负责人对各个岗位进行工作分析制定、完善各岗位的职务说明书；
7、配合完成部门负责人安排的其他日常工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源及相关专业优先；
2、2年以上招聘工作经验，有教育行业或英语教师招聘工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉招聘流程及各个招聘渠道，熟练运用各种招聘工具和发放，丰富的招聘经验及技巧；
4、英语流利者具有竞争优势；
5、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识。
