职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1. Developing special order as per domestic and foreign marketing requirement.
2. Executing existing product technical improvement and innovation.
3. Executing existing product quality resolving and VA/VE workshop.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling special order accurately and timely according to customer requirement.
2. Provide solution to marketing 、Sales & service team.
3. Support factory assembly line and quality issue resolving.
4. Work together with service team to resolve quality issue, finding root cause and provide reasonable solution.
5. Product deviation approving, Implement engineering change process.
6. Supplier assessment, qualify with sourcing together.
7. Comply with IR policy, disciplines, and ISO process.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years working experience or above in compressor product design developing and factory technical sustaining
2. Batchelor degree or above. The major could be in mechanical or fluid
3. Fluent English level in writing, reading. Productive oral conversation
4. Can well operate Pro-E for drawing design
5、Good team work and communication skills.
