职位描述：
ob responsibilities：
1. Product color-ups in seasonal and ln-line color palettes.
2. Rendering customer logos onto product images for use in sales presentations.
3. Creating derivative packaging layouts using packaging style guidelines.
4. Creating product care & use inserts, utilizing existing formats and guidelines.
5. Execute final preparation of files for print vendors:
· Troubleshoot any possible issues that may cause delays or inaccuracies in proofs.
· Simplify and create final artwork files to be printed at a vendor without direct communication with vendor.
· Send final files electronically to operations team in Shanghai.
6. Maintain clean and consistent archives of final print files:
· Work with graphic design team to maintain accessible and consistent final print files on server.
· Responsible for editing artwork post initial release as needed
7. Perform special tasks and assignments as needed
Requirements:
? 3+ years experience in print design and production
? Expert knowledge of color, CMYK troubleshooting and manipulation, Pantone Matching System, ink response on different materials, different types of printing including offset, screen-printing, pad printing, etc.
? Working knowledge of 'Design for Manufacturability' methods
? Experience with Asian factories preferred
? 2-4 year college degree preferably in graphic design or similar area
? Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, Microsoft Office
? Excellent verbal and written English skills
? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email
? Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks
? Solid problem-solving skills
? Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
? Can proactively study and apply new information without constant direction given
? Ability to handle projects in an efficient, collaborative and time sensitive manner
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
? Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
? Demonstrate a strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality
