Job description:
Your main responsibilities will include:

Book Vouchers on time in system on a daily basis, incl. bank, cash, incoming payment from clients etc.
每日按要求在系统内进行凭证录入,包括银行，现金，客户收款等
Monthly VAT verification and tax declaration online. Check VAT figures to ensure get match with system.
每月VAT发票认证及网上纳税申报, 检查增值税数据和系统数据匹配
Order pick operation in system when get clients payments
根据客户汇款在系统里pick相应订单（发货指示）
Daily payment arrangement on e-bank.
安排网银付款
Update Customer Aging to Sales once a week, and check AR balance with clients on a regularly basis.
每周定期向销售更新客户应收账龄报，并和客户定期对账
Coordinate with agent for issuing VAT invoice.
联系代理开具销售发票
Check staff expense claim, based on local laws and company policies.
员工报销核查，确保符合公司及国家法规要求
Ad hoc tasks assigned by leader
协助处理其他相关事务


Your profile:

Full time college or above education background, major in Finance or Accounting, with relevant accountant qualification certificate.
全日制大专或以上学历，财务或会计相关专业， 具体有相关从业资格证
2 years’ or above experience as finance or relevant role in an international company, with hands-on experience on system operation.
2年或以上在外资企业从事财务或会计相关经验
Strong responsibility and high degree of ethic, well understand of the role as finance in a company.
强烈的责任感及职业道德，理解作为公司财务人员的工作责任及角色。
Honest, detail-oriented and well-organized, with a good service attitude and willing to offer help
诚实，注重细节，有条理， 具有良好的服务精神，并乐于提供协助。
Familiar with local finance or tax related laws and practices.
熟悉当地法律法规
Good communication and coordination skill.
良好的沟通及协调能力
Good English skills both in written and verbal (CET 4 is a must).
良好的英语书写及口语能力 (英语CET4以上)
Could work independently under stress, also a good team player.
能在压力下独立开展工作，同时具有良好的团队精神。
Passion for art or design is a plus.
喜爱艺术或设计的优先考虑。
