职位描述：

Job Title: Purchasing Analyst

Reports to: Purchasing Director, CS Asia & China

Location: ACO office, Shanghai

Subordinate(s): None

Job Purpose:

This is a position to support and coordinate all working areas of the Purchasing Director and Purchasing teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing and maintaining database for sourcing board.
2. Schedules meetings, prepare presentations & meeting minutes and follow up with related team members upon request. The meetings includes but not limited to: monthly all employee meeting, monthly OPS review, quarterly STR meeting, bi-weekly staff meeting, etc.
3. Prepares letters, memos, spreadsheets, presentations for specific departmental purposes.
4. Works with material which may be confidential or important in nature.
5. Provides daily support to purchasing directors and the team.
6. Schedules some aspects of travel including obtaining passport, visas, hotels, and cars.
7. Maintains & coordinates appointment calendar, schedules meeting rooms, equipment upon request.
8. Works with team leaders to set up new employees and contractors. This includes space planning, telecommunications, systems setups, facility access, phone training and all other related new hire requests to get them up and running in a smooth and timely manner.
9. Organizes and maintains files and records pertinent to departmental procedures.
10. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
11. Involvement with charities, organizing, executing and communicating.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, Master Degree will be a plus.
2. 3+ years experience as assistant (automotive industry experience would be preferred)
3. Strong communication skills
