职位描述：
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Support sales people on technical side
？ Introduce products on technical side to let customer well understand the properties
？ Communicate with customer’s technician to use the product in the right way
？ Cooperate with supplier’s technical people to training the sales for new product/selling points
？ Check the compliance of products’ COA/Spec from suppliers and customers.
Spot technical service
？ Teach customer’s workers/operators/technicians to well use the product hand to hand at customer’s ground;
？ Provide technical support by phone call or onsite visiting.
？ Samples management: apply and send samples request by sales, and take record.
？ Third party test agency management: communicate with third party test agency for sample testing.
Quality related work
？ Solve customer’s complaint by lab work and technical acknowledge.
？ Follow up audit action plan which done by third party audit agency or customer.
Documentation design and making
？ Design and make MSDS/TDS/COA and other relative documentation of products for sales use.
？ File, update and maintenances above documentation on company server
Design support on advertising and exhibition.
？ Design advertisement for magazines & exhibitions
？ Design literatures for exhibition release

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

?Bachelor Degree and above preferred, majored in Chemistry
?Chemical background and good understanding of different kinds of chemicals
?Have basic knowledge of quality management, such as ISO9001 quality system.
?Good command of English.
?Excellent software skills.
