Goals/Mission:
- Supporting key business application business process in CAD/CAM field.
- Enable the in-house business solution development including demand management, solution development or evaluation and implementation.
- Project management on the application project implemented by external vendors.
- Optimize business process;

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Report to IT manager, and functionally report to the application supervisor
- Business process end users, and IT solution vendor and project team.

Tasks:
- Understand the business process to enable the support on business applications
- End client issues support on CAD/CAM issues, and Offer solution for any mass occur end clients' issues and Application performance monitoring
- Regular maintenance CAD/CAM relevant software and hardware
- UG new requirement evaluation and project management, and Mentor requirement management
- SAP EDM Daily support, and SAP EDM system performance monitor and new requirement coordination.

Education:
- Bachelor or above

Knowledge/Languages:
- AutoCAD/CAM knowhow
- Good English (oral and writing) skills
- Coding/Programming skills is also preferred

Experience:
- With 3 to 5 years design tool (AutoCAD/CAM) working experience with over 2 years support or key user role
- 2 years above IT project operation experience
- Collaboration with international team;
