学历背景要求
Basic Requirements:
Graduated from junior college in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or equivalent.
机械/电子/自动化专业，大专学历或同等学历。
相应行业工作经验
Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing. Must have great hands-on experience .
至少5年工程及制造领域相关工作经验。具备较强的动手操作能力。
技能和专业要求
Skill & Specialty requirement：
1．English reading, writing and listening and have some level of spoken English is preferred. Need to communicate with customer on daily basis.
能英语阅读、写作和听力，有一定的英语口语能力优先考虑，能和客户进行日常的沟通。
2．Familiar with automation assembly technology, process. Familiar with PLC programming.
熟悉自动化装配技术，工艺。熟悉PLC编程操作。
3．Have a strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and good skills in troubleshooting and finding solutions. Logical thinker.
有责任心，工作仔细条理清晰，有较强的问题发现及解决能力。
4．Familiar with Windows Office Word and Excel.
熟悉微软办公软件-字处理软件及表格处理软件的操作和使用。
工作职责权限
Job Responsibility & Authority:
1、Provide strong technical support for manufacturing on daily basis in assembly. Great potential to grow to be Cell Manager。
对生产线的每日生产提供技术支持，有潜力成为生产单元的经理
2、Assist in the completion of validation/qualification during the new product sampling stage.
对新项目试样阶段的验证收确认工作提供协助支持。
3、Assist in analyzing, handling and solving quality problems, and come up with improvement solutions
对产品的质量问题，产线的改进提供分析，处理的协助支持。
4、Coordinate with Engineering or Facility department in solving technical problems, and provide relative program actively and solve on-site problems in time
配合工程部设备部门解决相关的技术问题，并提供及时主动地在线问题解决行动。
5、Coordinate with project engineer to deal with the making and using of fixture and tools, to ensure the rationality of the process program
配合协调项目工程师处理工装治具及设备的制造，使用。确保工艺的合理性。
6、Take the initiative to optimize the assembly process: operator-hour, cost, bottle-neck etc.
主动对装配生产工艺中的操作员工时，成本浪费，瓶颈工位等进行优化。
7、Complete relevant work files strictly according to the GMP requirement
严格按照医疗器械的GMP标准要求处理相关工作文件。
8、Other tasks by supervisor or Director.
其他主管或总监要求的工作。

1. 严格遵守公司所订的各项规章制度；
Strictly observe all the bylaws of the company.
2. 履行上级所规定的任务；
Carry out tasks set by the superior.
