职位描述：
任职要求 Requirement：
1.大学本科以上学历，工程类,机械类专业优先；
2.有5以上机械行业的销售工作经验，有货架销售经验者更佳；
3.流利的英语口语交流，英语书面写作能力强；
4.有临场应变能力的处理能力及较强的谈判技巧；优秀的人际关系技巧处理能力，良好的沟通能力；
5.具有项目管理、培训、谈判、沟通 、分析能力的技能；能阅读图纸、分析解决问题的能力，预估销售报价；
6.很强的抗压能力，独立工作能力,且以客户为导向的商旅出差
1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or Mechanical background is a plus；
2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Mechanical industry , shelves sales experience is preferred;
3. Fluent in english with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
4. Ability to make immediate response and strong negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills;
5. Possess project management, training, negotiation, communication, analysis ability skills; able to read drawings, the ability to analyze and solve problems, estimate sales price;
6. A strong anti-pressure ability , work independently and can arrange customer-oriented business travel.

工作职责 responsibilities：
1.开发和维护关键客户关系，使之更加完善发展。
2.保持与主要客户的深厚关系,建立业务模型与关键客户群。
3.主导关注关键客户服务，追踪并支持有关影响范围的决议。
4.发展执行必要的商务活动以定义、计划并达到销售收益率目标。
5.确保将正确的客户的需求和期望信息传述给公司的团队.
6.研究和预测市场演变,预计这些措施需要适应新趋势,汇报给销售总监；
7.协助做市场分析和竞争对手分析；
8.主导客户报价，按照公司决策报价及价格谈判。
1.Develop and maintain key customer relationships and make it more perfect development.
2.To maintain strong relationships with key customers, establish the business model with key customer base.
3.Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incidences resolution.
4.Defining, proposing and achieving sales & profitability objectives and develop the necessary commercial activities to reach it.
5.Assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to the organization.
6.Study and predict the evolution of the market, take action to adapt to new trends, reporting to the sales director;
7.Assist to do a market analysis and competitor analysis;
8.Coordinate and lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according to company decision. 举报 分享
