职位描述
This role will be responsible for:
- Continuously enhance configuration/performance of ERP systems (incl. SAP MM, NEXUS, EBP/One SRM, EPO Approval and etc) to improve/satisfy business requirements in Supplier Chain Management
- Provide Purchase to Pay (P2P) guidance to operational procurement related employees
- Optimize Operational Procurement Process (OPP) to both enhance P2P compliance and meet business needs
What are my responsibilities?
- Develop solutions for SCM related functions in ERP systems (incl. SAP MM, NEXUS, EBP/One SRM, EPO approval and etc) with internal & external partners based on business needs from SCM
- SCM interface to internal partners to implement update or optimization for SCM function in ERP systems
- Deficiency reporting and problem solving for ERP Systems related to SCM
- SCM interface to Division IT manager for change request in all ERP system related to SCM functions (incl. raise demand, follow up, testing, implement)
- User management and database maintenance for SCM related ERP systems
- Reporting and analysis for performance of ERP systems related to SCM
- Training responsibility within Division for ERP systems related to SCM
- Interface to CCM owner and operational procurement buyers to enhance P2P compliance and reduce P2P alerts
- Provide Purchase to Pay (P2P) guidance and system operation consultancy to operational procurement related employees
- Update/Optimize Operational Procure Process(OPP) based on P2P requirement and business needs
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred
- Good knowledge in SAP MM module technical area and other ERP system
- Knowledge in Procurement, Logistics, and basic financial preferred
- Fluent business English (oral/written)
- Good communication skills
- Good office application skills esp. in excel, experience with VBA would be beneficial
