职位描述

Responsibilities - Tasks / 责任及任务 :

1.He is responsible for preventive maintenance for all machines and periphery (daily/weekly/monthly), incl.plan

负责注塑设备及周边设备的维护保养(日常保养,周保养和月保养), 包括保养计划的制订

2.He is responsible for operation maintenance for all machine and periphery, incl.plan

负责所有注塑设备及周边设备的维修包括维修计划的制订

3.He is responsible to contact suppliers for repair/ 负责与设备供应商联络设备维修事宜

4.He is responsible for maintenance management (definition/following)

负责设备维修保养的管理和监督

5.He is responsible for spare part of all equipment to make sure at any time there will be enough spare parts for all equipment

负责所有设备的备件管理,确保备件满足生产,维修的需求
6.He takes care for training the operators, technician to do the maintenance of all equipment

负责对生产作业人员,技术人员进行设备维护保养的培训

7.He writes monthly report to his supervisor

负责完成部门的月度总结报告

8.Other tasks from his leader. 领导布置的其他任务

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :

- good technical knowledge /良好的技术背景知识
- some years of experience in plastic processes /有注塑生产的工作经验
- experience in leading a maintenance department / 有设备维修管理经验(注塑机设备维修管理经验)
- ISO 9001 knowledge /ISO 9001 的基础知识
- open minded /开诚布公的心态
- good English /英语良好
