职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To assure smooth running and performance of the Inspection Center according to daily and seasonal requirements.
2. To assure and to monitor the correct application of the C&A Product quality control procedure in his/her area of responsibility - C&A Buying Quality Manual.
3. To provide clear communication to Quality Manager/Regional Quality Manager on all issues including potential improvement on working procedures.
4. To ensure that relevant training programs for staff are in place.
5. To assess, together with Quality Manager on a yearly basis those staff for which he/she is responsible.

Qualifications:
1. 10+ year experience in garment inspection, 2+ year experience in supervisor role
2. Familiar with AQL;
3. Good command of written & reading English;
4. Willing to travel sometimes
