职位描述：
Location: Changzhi, Shanxi Province
 
Report to: AM Head (East, South and North China) & CEO
 
Responsibility:
 
1. Be responsible for Changzhi company’s P&L.
 
2. Drive and manage to achieve business goals effectively in accordance with company strategy.
 
3. Be responsible for daily management for the Changzhi company including implementation of asset management policies, procedures and monitoring performance.
 
4. Review & control JV companies’ OPEX & CAPEX.
 
5. Maintain good relationships with government officials, key government agencies, institutions and business partners.
 
6. Motivate and conduct team members to meet business targets.
 
7. Support & assist in other work assigned by AM Head.
 
 
 
Requirement:
 
1. Bachelor degree or above in environmental engineering or other technology.
 
2. Have 8 years working experience and at least 3 years people management experience in industrial wastewater treatment or industry water field.

3. Be familiar with BOT/BOO/TOT business model.
 
4. A good business acumen, willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure.
 
5. Self-motivated, very good interpersonal and communication skills.
