职位描述：

1) Lead a merchandiser team to ensure all SMS are properly followed through from proto sample to SMS and final delivery with customer's satisfaction;

2) Continuously explore new suppliers and factories, ensure adequate quotations are obtained;

3) Product development, proactive offer new items to customer, and merchandiser Manager for any order enquires from customers;

4) Coach and develop a strong team to achieve sales target and profit margin;

5) Manage day to day merchandising process, troubleshoot, provide solution to tackle any production issues and cost control;

6) Track order status to ensure on time delivery;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- College or above. Preferable major in garment/textile or international trade;

- Minimum 6 years working experience in garments (2years as a team leader, 3years as senior merchandiser at least),strong knowledge in outdoor jacket or mens woven cloth is a plus;

- Strong knowledge in martial and measurement related to garments;
