职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):
? Ensure the timeliness and quality of all research publications (monthly, quarterly, Radar reports and other thematic reports) ;
? Expand research coverage to various second tier cities ;
? Promote the firm’s services and public image through working with media, meeting with clients and speaking at public events;
? Coach and develop junior staff ;
? Lead for property market research survey, analysis, and presentation;
? Help achieve department market research target ;
? Set goals for areas of responsibility, develop and implement strategies;
? Perform any other duties by direct supervisor
Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
? Bachelor or Master degree holder, major in real estate, economics, business, urban planning, land resource management, architecture, investment or related fields
? Minimum of 3 years work experience in Real Estate related field and a research/analytical/consulting role;
? Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff ;
? Strong writing and presentation skills is required ;
? Solid foundation in real estate market dynamics ;
? Understanding of economics and property market;
