职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Source vendors and products together with the demanding department/person

Evaluate the vendors including capacity, quality, delivery, service, price, payment term. etc.

Negotiate and manage contracts

Ensure that quality of purchased goods meet with specification and internal customers needs

Apply SPAR( Supplier Performance Annual Review) to assessment suppliers yearly and improve supplier’s performance.

Sourcing the Fine chemicals in China Market to support Wacker global business.

Consolidate purchasing of assigned goods and services.

Communicate with corporate procurement organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Education

Technical education 4 years college graduate in chemistry/chemical engineering)

if possible additional economical education

2. Professional background

Minimum of 3~5 years commercial experience,

Procurement in chemical industry

Ideal with a background in logistical processes

Business experience (purchasing, contracts, legal questions)

Working for foreign company or joint venture with foreign investor

Good communication and negotiation skills

3. Other

Fluent in English

MS office

SAP experience

Can be frequent business travel
