Title: (Sr.) Sales Manager
Location: Shenzhen

Job Description:
This position is responsible for selling Pixelworks products to the fast growing China mobile application market included smartphone, tablet and Notebook.
As the (Sr.) sales manager, you will develop new accounts and expands existing accounts for all Pixelworks products in China market. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic customer management groups. This position will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all key customer accounts and ensuring that high quality customer service is provided. You will work with our Sr. Sales Director to develop sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes, prices for any given products and channels in the regional market. This is a very important sales position where we are looking for a very experienced/seasoned sales individual to take on this challenge.
1. Work with marketing team and FAE team to drive design in/win at strategic accounts.
2. Manage and support distributors to accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
3. Work closely with other ODM/OEM sales managers for push-pull sales promotion
4. Develop the sales strategies and customer relationships to achieve business objectives
5. Conduct market research/survey and monitor competitive activities and identify customer requirements for mobile/smartphone display processing designs


Requirement:
1. BSEE or BSCS, MS or equivalent work experience
2. A minimum of 6 years of direct sales and sales account management experience in the high-technology industry
3. Familiar with /interested in mobile/smartphone display markets.
4. Possess strong business acumen and knowledge of the market competition
5. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
6. Experience working with a multinational firm is preferred
7. Good verbal and written English skills are desired
