Financial Management is a key offering for KPMG and it is therefore an exciting opportunity to help further develop and grow our business within a young and energetic team. Our Financial Management team focus on assisting clients to execute their strategy and transform their Finance organisation. As part of this team, you will be working with a broad range of clients from the initial Finance Diagnosis and Strategy through to the implementation of: Efficient Finance Operations Effective Talent Management Managing Through Organisational Change Effective Business Intelligence and Performance Management.

Enterprise Performance Management professionals who specialize in the Planning, Budgeting Forecasting area to support clients in developing best in class planning , budgeting forecasting processes enabled by key technologies like Hyperion Planning etc.

Responsibilities

- Subject matter expertise with the Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting process, design, facilitate and conduct works shops with the client
- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration / procedural guides
- Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security
- Configuration of Hyperion / Planning application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules
- Leadership of individual work streams associated with a Hyperion / Planning implementation. Examples include: Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead, Budgeting / Forecasting Process Lead
- Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities

Experience and Knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree must, CPA or MBA Finance is preferred
- Three years or more of experience in Budgeting / Forecasting and / or Financial Reporting / Analysis processes
- Minimum of one Hyperion HFM or Planning implementation, 2-3 projects are preferred
- Strong Hands-on experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reports / Web Analysis and Hyperion Planning particularly for Hyperion System 9 or 11 in Windows environment
- Strong Hands-on experience on data conversion tools including DIM (Informatica), FDQM, or Oracle data integrator (ODI)
- Working knowledge of and / or experience with ETL tools
- Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, flow charting and database applications 举报 分享
