工作岗位：服装面料业务员

主要工作内容：

工作地点浦东金桥 新金桥路230号4号楼4C.

招聘面料业务员，主要负责跟美国客户和 国内 国外东南亚工厂的联系，。

需要用英文邮件或电话与国外客户联系确认订单生产中的各种问题。

要求如下，

1. 英文听说读写流利，六级及以上、

2. 面料相关经验三年以上，跟国外客户报价，订单细节沟通，可以翻译工艺单，并根据客户要求下达给工厂，解决日常工作中碰到的问题，确保面料订单顺利出货， 出货后收款付款及问题解决。

3.熟悉美国面料服装面料质量要求，确保产品达到客户需要的安全测试标准。

3. 灵活，做事认真负责，注重细节。

perform fabric merchandising activities for one apparel brand of SEKYU, covering sourcing, order coordination and follow up, to assist in the achievement of team's business objectives.

LOCATION:

Shanghai, availability for travel Shaoxing office, Vietnam garment mill, Cambodia garment mill

FUNCTIONS:

1. Follow up orders with buyers and designers in USA, vendors, team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery
2. Assist in the product developing process to ensure that products meet brand's quality and budget requirements
3. Maintain and develop strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
4. other duties as assigned by management
5. Problem solver

TEAM:

Key relationships

Internal: Buyers, Designers, Merchandisers, QA/QC people overseas, etc.

External: suppliers, garment mill

REQUIREMENTS:

1. at least 3 yrs merchandising experience on fabric, experienced on woven and knitwear of young ladies.

2. knowledge of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, textile material, garment production, QA and compliance

3.Familiar with vendor network for garment manufacturing in Southasia area.

4. ever stayed with global sourcing office, brand buying office, buying agent or trader is a plus.

5. Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervision

6. Performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems

7. Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process

8. Good negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandising

9. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals

OTHER KNOWLEDGE:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in Textile field, international trade, business english or similar qualification)

2. Years of Experience: 3 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on garment fields for US Market.

3. Language Skills: Good command of verbal & Written English .

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, outlook etc) professionally.

5. Travel Requirements: Not required.

本公司是一家注册在外高桥自贸区的外商独资企业，成立于2004年4月份。公司主要经营服装面料的进出口贸易，转口贸易、保税区企业间的贸易及贸易代理，以及保税区内商业性简单加工及贸易咨询服务。公司投资方是韩国Kyusung Corporation (奎星株式会社)。经营地在浦东新区新金桥路。
    本公司另有一家生产加工企业，2007年在浦东金桥注册成立，在2017年厂区迁到了奉贤，目前还在稳步发展阶段，主要是设计、生产服装、家用纺织品等，并销售自产产品，拥有自己的进出口权。公司在奉贤的经营生产地的厂房共4层楼，面积约4000平方，主要承接韩国各大医院的订单。除此之外还有许多国外的服装订单，业务还在不断的扩大中，且有约30%的订单外发加工。目前贸易公司有员工二十几名，绍兴柯桥设有办事处。
   我司除了韩国医院订单以外主要是做walmart, kmart 等美国各大品牌的SWIMWEAR COVER TOP, 主要产品是针织类面料及服装。产品多销往外省市及出口到美国、韩国及东南亚等地。
   另外由于公司业务有所扩展，在网店方面也做了一些投资，目前主要是销售韩国的饰品等，后期还会增加韩国的服饰、包包及食品等。

   今年开始疫情影响逐渐减少，外贸订单有所复苏，我司的服装订单也逐渐增加，因此打算招聘服装订单业务员一到两名。
