职位描述：
1. Develop the Financial Department.
2. Manage and be responsible for US dollar exchange settlement.
3. Manager the account for office expense, Payroll, petty cash, Travel expense.
4. Be responsible for Office Admin.
4. Be responsible for Auditor related, Tax related affairs.
5. Handling export tax rebate.
6. Be responsible for internal management reports
7. Pro-actively analyze, discuss and propose process and system improvements.
8. Export trading accounting experience is preferred

Requirement:
1.Bachelor or master degree
2. At least 5 years of experience as Finance / Accounting manager
3.Experience and interest in managing and developing an accounting team and understanding of modern Accounting management
4.Self-starting, pro-active and positive mindset ，responsible hardworking and self-motivated
