Job description
● Provide guidance, management and implementation of key data interfaces between the different ERP system and IT application / other internal and external systems
● Develop and implement solution(s) to provide high quality transactions between business systems
● Collaboration with departments to ensure data alignment exists for business processes
● Develop operational standards (environments, protocols, security) that ensure high access and integrity
● Ensure proper documentation is established and available for data environments
● Implement solutions that provide robust data transaction speed, security and error monitoring and checking
● Perform data access development where required
● Manage data server repository environments
● Provide “in house” training for data acquisition environments
● Maximize consistency in tool sets
● Implement and develop new IT application from The Group into the local environment (i.e. SharePoint).
● Develop reports and excel for other departments to assist in the work / operation.
Mission
The mission for this position is to translate the business information requirements into business intelligent solution. The solution should be able senior management team to make business decision based on accurate and up-to-date business information. The information can be use to identifying new opportunities and implementing an effective strategy based on insights can provide businesses with a competitive market advantage and long-term stability. This position is to also create and maintain applications for the business that enable the company’s business processes.
Experience requirements
● 5-year experience with IT implementation and programming experience
● Experience in EAI and Middleware.
● Experience in Cloud solution and environment
● Good communication and problem solving skills
● BPCS / SAP experiences
● Familiar with IT Network and infrastructure
Knowledge
● Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
● Proficiency in database management, Excel and other MS 360 Office applications
● SQL / Visual Basic programming languages
Educational requirements
● Degree in IT / IS
● Certification in programming language
Personality requirements
● Must be hands on and well-organized, with great attention to details
● Take responsibility on the IT integration and application process
● Proactive and commitment to solve problems “do not let a problem remain before the sunset”
● Solid and effective communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
