more than 5 years accounting experience in Multi-national firm, 2 years’ experience in supervisory level preferable
Good in English - both written and Oral
Experience in China Tax

Job Description
1 Prepare journal vouchers
2 To prepare Gross Margin analysis report and co-ordinate with operations to ensure cost are accrued in all the jobs
3 Prepare trading statement and month-end reports
4 To ensure accounts receivables are current, no overdue
5 To ensure payments are correct and uploaded to Sun on a weekly basis
6 Cashflow forecast - bi-weekly or monthly
7 Monthly forecast
8 Budget preparation
9 Prepare and review account analysis
10 Co-ordinate with Local auditors for the local books accounting and reconciliation on a monthly basis
11 Annual audit
12 Supervision of finance staff to ensure compliance and completeness
