JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
Research and Design of high power control circuitry for Piezo, A-O and E-O Crystal devices.
设计开发用于压电，声光和电光器件的高功率数字/模拟控制电路；
Design and test of digital/analog circuits including schematic capture, part selection, PCB layout and signal integrity analysis.
设计和测试数字/模拟电路，包括图形捕捉、零件选择、印刷电路板布局和信号完整性分析；
Development environment and Implementation associated hardware/firmware design(MCU/DSP/FPGA).
研发环境和执行相关的硬件/固件；
Design Verification and validation at board and system level.
设计验证和确认在系统水平。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
5+ years of digital/analog design and test experience; master degree of EE or automation preferred
5年以上数字/模拟设计和测试经验；电子工程（电力电子， 电源技术）或自动化硕士优先
Strong knowledge in analog circuit design, proficient in at least one of the following design/simulation tools: PLECS, MATLAB, Multisim, Saber, PSIM etc
良好的模拟电子知识，至少能够运用如下工具之一： PLECS, MATLAB, Multisim, Saber, PSIM etc；
Development experience of high power high frequency amplifier or switching power supply is highly preferred.
拥有高功率高频放大器或开关电源开发经验者优先。
Strong hold on embedded system design, development and debug techniques. Include but not limited to MCU/DSP/FPGA.
拥有较强的嵌入式系统设计、开发和调试技能力，包括但不限于单片机，DSP，FPGA.
Familiar with Altium Designer.
熟悉Altium Designer；
Ability to work in a team including engineers from many different areas.
能够在多学科、跨领域的团队中与其他工程师通力合作；
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
拥有优秀的说写英语能力；
Quick learner, self-motivated.
拥有较快的学习能力、自我激励的心态；
Experience in manufacturing process and trouble shootings
具备制造流程和排除故障方面的经验；
