职位描述：
工作职责:
1．协助店长进行整个店面日常管理，执行公司的规章制度，贯彻公司下达的方针政策；
2．组织检查督导门店的日常工作的开展，控管门店各项成本以提高利润，确保营运工作的顺畅和稳定；
3．负责与客户进行良好沟通，维护客户关系；保持良好的顾客满意度；
4．执行公司的财务制度，确保达成营业额目标，并控制费用在预算范围内；
5. 负责店面的设备管理，确保所有的设备维护良好，并能够正常工作；
6. 做好店面团队建设，指导、培训、发展下属的工作能力。

任职资格:
1. 26－35岁之间，性别不限，五官端正，身体健康，形象气质佳；
2. 具有五年以上同行业工作经验，3年以上西餐厅营运管理工作经验；
3. 良好的语言表达能力、协调能力、沟通能力，并善于调动员工积极；
4. 具有良好的顾客服务意识及沟通技巧团队合作精神；
