Goals/Mission:
- The instructor XP technical training performs classroom training courses (as trainer / Instructor) in CS Training and Development Center. The training courses are for the training, education and support of the Siemens service engineers.
- To conduct classroom training courses for Siemens X-ray products
- To do maintenance and repair of the Siemens XP equipments used for the training purposes.
- Support the course module development of newly launched XP products, including developing WBT.
- Occasionally on-site service support

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal contact: XP trainers within SSME CS TC; Project Management for the new XP products under development in SSME, R&D colleagues in SSME XP, CSE in SSME CS PLM, spare parts ordering colleagues in SSME CS ML, etc;

- External contact: XP trainers in Training Center of Siemens worldwide; XP group in RSC of AA region, CS XP service group of AA region, Customers, JVs:SMMR,SSME,SXVT,STDC

Tasks:
- Deliver classroom training courses planned and scheduled
- Keep contact with the training participants if they have technical questions
- Fulfill quality targets for the trainings delivered
- Update and renew on the knowledgy and information used in the delivery of training courses
- Maintain and repair the XP systems which are used in the training courses
- Upon request, get involved into the project of developing new XP products, by working together with the CS PLM group and the R&D colleagues of SSME XP, for the purpose that new course module or WBT shall be developed for the newly launched products
- Keep communication with the XP group of RSC in AA region, in case of need, do on-site visit and support service work on-site
- Knowledgy sharing within the XP trainers group, propose improvements on the training contents, training methods, etc.
- Other tasks assigned

Education:
- Bachelor or above, preferred major in medical equipments or bio-medical engineering, etc.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Knowledge on Siemens XP products
- Knowledgy on after sales service work on healthcare x-ray equipments
- International communication skills
- English (both on speaking and written skills)
- Training and presentation skills preferred

Experience:
- At least 3 years of XP field engineer work experience
- Technical trainer's working experience preferred
- Working experience under cross-culture environment
