职位描述：
Job Summary:
To deliver the proper service to support Merchandiser/QA team to ensure that the products and DIFOT consistently meet Company’s requirements

In this job,I am accountable for:
monitor the critical path for exceptions
To raise purchase orders on the system
To pack & seal all samples from factories or buyers
To work on system and action purchase order amendments
To ensure all issues reporting to right person in time&DIFOT as schedule per purchase order
To Work collaboratively with all colleagues in my category including those working in Technical /Operations roles
To collaborate with colleagues to achieve aligned KPIs

Key people and teams I work with in and outside of Autex:
Merchandiser/ Merch Manager
Technical, Responsible Sourcing, QA colleagues&other support team
Colleagues from Juslink
factories
Buyers

People, budgets and other resources I am accountable for in my job:
Samples
All relevant tracking documents&maintain on time delivery
