Vocational Training / Profession / Major: Language Skills:

Technical college entrance qualification
Graduate in mechanical engineering (Bachelor degree/min.)
1. Familiar with failure analysis both on analytic view and professional solving experience.
1.1 Analytic view is incl. analysis logic, tools intro.(e,g, DMAIC…),
1.2 Professional solving experience is incl. common failure modes in electronic components producing process(e.g: Burning, partial, contamination, deformation …)
   2. Be aware related products/process; e.g.: (IC wafer /probing/assembling/testing, resistor/inductor/capacitor/transistor or etc manufacturing, returned components sample failure analyzing …？ preferred
   3. Be aware international standard; e.g.: AEC-Q100/Q200, cleanroom classification ISO14644 ？ preferred
  4.


English (Good oral and written)

Job-related Experience:

5-10 years at manufacture experience in electronic components (IC, Passive and discrete Components, etc)



Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
1. ISO/TS16949, VDA6.3 etc audit skill
2. Run@Rate
3. APQP/FMEA/Control Plan/MSA/PPAP
/Production engineering
4. Be aware quality skills related: QC 7 tools ？ preferred
