职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Wastewater, groundwater and storm / sewer water, air emission, boundary noise, waste management
(1) Wastewater, groundwater and storm / sewer water management
- Plan and facilitate monitoring of wastewater, groundwater and storm / sewer water status.
- Lead or participate in deviation analysis if the monitoring data is abnormal.
- Lead or participate in wastewater reduction program.
(2) Air emission, boundary noise management
- Plan and facilitate annual air emission test, boundary noise test.
- Support VOC or LDAR (leak detection and repair) program implementation.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis on deviation or finding of tests and implement corrective actions.
(3) Waste management
- Coordinate with Procurement, other function teams and hazardous waste disposal vendors to ensure timely disposal of hazardous wastes.
- Develop annual hazardous waste management plan.
- Complete hazardous waste transfer plan and contract registration with EPB.
2. Legal compliance
(1) Track emerging environmental regulations on air, wastewater, groundwater, noise and waste. Ensure new regulations communicated with functional teams and supervise functional teams to conduct assessment and close potential gaps.
(2) Get update environmental permit from authority.
(3) Complete monthly and annual Pollutant Discharge Declaration and supervise timely payment of pollutant discharge fee.
(4) Lead or participate in small project environmental permitting, including EIA, project environmental protection design review, EIA approval, Environment Final Acceptance monitoring, Environmental Final Acceptance, and Pollutant Discharge Permit.
3. Others
(1) Conduct internal environmental inspection and internal audit, coordinate / participate environmental authority or customer inspection, and deliver results to related functional teams to close potential findings.
(2) Collect site EHS KPI and performance Data and prepare environmental reports as needed.
(3) Participate or lead in environmental upgrade projects.
(4) As an environment professional, participate in project EHS review and MOC review from environmental perspective.
(5) Conduct training or promotion on environmental content for employee.
(6) Provide environmental consulting to other function teams.
(7) Lead or participate in ISO 14000 management system.
(8) Support site EHS improvement program and site daily safety management.
(9) Complete tasks as line manager arrange on time.
 
Qualifications
1. Knowledge
(1) College's degree in environment protection engineering, chemical engineering.
(2) Specific training and good working knowledge of HSE regulations.
2. Skills
(1) Good skills in Management especially communication, coordination, analytical, problem solving, intellectual discipline, and commitment to result.
(2) Be familiar with Excel, Word, PPT and other standard office computer software.
(3) Good written and oral English.
3. Experience
(1) More than three years chemical products production, storage, or handling environment management experience
(2) HSE experience in a multinational corporation.
(3) Experience developing systems, policies, procedures.
4. Abilities：
(1) Teamwork & Cooperation.
(2) Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
(3) Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent and proactive.
5. Certification
