职位描述：

1、 熟悉常用的检测量具、检测设备的名称、规格、构造、用途及调整维护保养方法。

2、 根据工件精度合理选用量具、仪器及相互配合使用的方法。

3、 熟悉常用的金属材料的种类、牌号。

4、 熟悉机械制图的公差配合、表面粗超度、形状和位置公差。

5、 熟悉一般工件的加工工艺过程、工序间加工余量的互相关系和工件的技术条件。

6、 熟悉热处理常识（退火、正火、淬火、回火、调质）。

7、 熟悉静、动平衡试验的知识。

8、 具有编制一般零件的检验工艺的基本知识。

9、 看懂比较复杂的零件图、了解各零部件作用。

10、 确定比较复杂的零件的检验工序。

11、 合理使用相应的量具检验细长轴的圆柱度、圆度、同轴度。

12、 能检验如齿轮、齿箱、轴承座、锥度轴、机架横梁、螺纹等零部件。

13、 根据公差配合的种类，检验配合件的间隙。

14、 用粗糙度测量仪测量零件表面的粗糙度。

15、 按零件的图纸、工艺要求编制检验报告。

16、 对不合格品能分析产生不合格品的原因。

17、 对各类不合品作出相应的处理。

18、能指导初级检验进行日常的检验工作。
