职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite implementation/post-implementation support in production environment.
2.Strong Knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Plan and Plan-to-Build Process Flows.
3.Interface between Oracle SME and Shanghai Business Users to resolve the Oracle related issues.
4.Investigate issues within Oracle Application functionality to determine root cause of the problems & resolve them.
5.Prioritize and manage issues assigned within guidelines provided.
6.Create and manage SRs with the Oracle Support organization as required in order to resolve Oracle functionality or data issues.
7.Work with the other global team members in developing & testing customized solutions related to Oracle Applications.
8.Pro-actively monitor key business processes and work with end users to streamline business processes using Oracle functionality and improve the efficiency.
9.Develop functional and technical specifications to address new business requirements.
10.Document detailed processes and procedures and train end users.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personality, Software &English, Knowledge & Skills and Others):
1.BS in Computer Science or equivalent
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementing/supporting Oracle E-Business Suite
3.Strong functional/technical/hands-on experience in at least 3 modules (WMS, OM, PO, INV, BOM, WIP, ASCP)
4.Knowledge in SQL, PL SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer
5.Knowledge in Oracle R12 version
6.Excellent verbal & written communication skills
7.Should be adaptable and open to learning new skills
8.Strong project management skills
