Mission of function

- Be responsible for executing and updating C&B Policies, Procedures and Programs, and monitor its effectiveness and efficiency.

- Be responsible for C&B implementation including payroll calculation, distribution, insurance and individual tax transaction, HR system maintenance and other specific C&B issues.

- SLC Accounting, Government bureau for C&B issues, EA Company etc.

Task

- Support HR manager to develop, modify and administer compensation and benefit policy and procedures, and ensure all C&B programs are comply with labor law and other government regulations.

- Provide service to employees through explanation, consulting for the effective implementation of the whole company's C&B policies.

- Prepare and support controlling overall human resource budgets and cost.

- Review monthly payroll and other regular C&B reports and ensure the data accurate and timely.

- Handle salary and benefits Audi internally and externally and various working hours scheme application.

- Support HR manager to perform job analysis and evaluation exercises and C&B market survey. Be sensitive on the market movement including pay trend, benefits practices

- Assist the HR manager in coordinating and implementing performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention program.

- Assist in dealing with the Labor dispute etc.

- Improve HR Information System efficiency by providing new requirements for routine work and make it into real function

- Other tasks assigned by the superior

Knowledge

- Employment Contract Law / C&B related regulation

Experience

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company, preferred in manufacturing environment; be familiar with HR information system

Education and Language

- Bachelor above, familier with both in Oral English and Written English
