Responsibility：
- 维修生产设备的电气故障，并配合机械技术员的对该类设备的维修和维护；Trouble shooting for electrical malfunction of production equipment,and cooperate with other mechanical technicians to implement related repair and PM work.
- n正确维护CNC机床和其他生产设备的机电和控制系统，以保证其正常可靠运行；Correct maintain mechanical and electrical system of CNC machines and other production equipment to ensure its running in good condition.
- 维修和维护工厂内的低压供配电系统，以确保其正常可靠运行；Repair and maintain power supply & distribution system to ensure its running well.
- 执行维护计划中的维护工作、确保机器和设备连续正常运行；Implement PM plan.
- 及时准确地填写并提交要求的各种工作记录；Timely and correctly fill out and submit all required record.
- 提供设备，工具改进方案并加以实施 ；Improment solution provision and implementation for euipments and tools.
- 定期反馈维护中出现的问题并改进PM系统；Feedback to superior the problem and improve the PM system.
- 监督承包商的现场工作，确保施工现场的用电及施工安全；Contractors management to ensure eletrical safety to company.
- 确保各项工作符合电气安全要求；Ensure all eletrical work with compliance of safety regulations.
- 完成维修维修主管安排的其它相关工作；Implement other works assigned by maintenance supervisor.

Qualification：
- 熟悉进口设备的电气维修; Familiar with electrical repiar and maintenance to exported machines.
- 熟悉机械电气图纸,懂英文图纸者优先; Familiar with technical and electrical drawing, with English vision is prefered.
- 有电工证，同时有高压电工证者优先;Must be have eletrical certificates, High voltage certicate is prefered.
- 3年以上外资企业的电气维修经验; 3 years above MNC company work experence with electrical maitenance work.
- 有团队合作精神，对维修工作有责任感; Team player and full of sence of responsibilty.
- 能适应倒班的要求; Shifts turn is required.
- 技校以上学历，电气自动化或机电一体化专业; Technical school above, maijor in Automation or Mechatronic
- 熟悉西门子840D数控系统和西门子S7-PLC; Good knowledge of Simens 840D and S7-300 PLC
- 有一定英语基础的优先; Basic english skill is prefered.
