Responsibilities:
1.Direct, control and monitor dept. member to follow the safety rules, ensure production safety
2.Direct and monitor dept. memeber to follow production procedure, ensure quality and delivery
3.Direct control and monitor the investment and maintenance of infrastructure
4.Stimulate group member work hard with efficiency
5.Productivity evaluation, develop human resource according to business development
6.Carry out, maintain improve and supervise quality system of the dept.
7.Carry out, implement the environment policy and the EHS document
8.Organize internal training for fire flighting, be responsible for dealing with emergent cases

Requirement:
1. Above bachelor degree on electrical or chemical engineering
2. Accomplished in production management
3. 5+ years experience in production line and 3+ years experience as team leader
4. 5 years experiences in multinational company of manufacturing
6. Good oral and written English skill
