职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide the innovative ideas and develop to the industrialization as soon as possible.

2. Manage the implementation & performance of the new projects.

3. Assist the relevant engineers to solve the development issues.
   协助相关技术工程师开发问题的解决。
4. Responsible for commercial matters between the Marketing Department and information provided.
   负责与市场部门间商业事项的资讯提供。
5. Responsible for the coordination and communication with the relevant departments.
   负责与相关部门间的沟通与协调。
6. To assist the relevant technical engineers to get the required resources.
   协助相关技术工程师有效取得所需的资源。
7. To coordinate the related issues and solutions on the project transferring.
   协调项目移转与生产间的问题解决。
8. Coordination & communication with clients.
   与客户的协调与沟通：
9. Communicate with the customers on the issues & timeline of the project developments.
   协助与客户间开发问题与时程的沟通。
10. Assist the relevant technical engineer to deal with the supplier issues.
   协助相关技术工程师对外部供应商的问题沟通与解决。
11. Responsible for the acquisition and application of new technology.
   负责新技术的引进与运用。
12. Responsible for the cost analysis of new products.
   新产品成本分析。
13. Cooperate with Marketing Department and customers to provide the cost analysis for the quotation.
   配合市场部与客户需求提供相关的成本分析资料供报价。
14. Responsible for the feasibility assessment of the new products.
   负责新产品的可行性评估分析。
15. Develop the innovative products under the market demands.
   配合市场的需求进行创新产品的开发。
16. Accomplish other works related to the regional R&D which is reasonable, fair and legal.
   在合情、合理、合法之情况下完成公司安排的其他与研发总部相关的新产品开发工作

Job Requirement:
1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with major in mechanical engineering, engineering management or related.
   机械工程/工程管理或相关专业毕业，大学本科学历。
2. At least 3 year experience in the project management of plastic packaging, worked in foreign or JV enterprises.
   具有三年以上外企或合资企业有关塑料包装产品的项目开发与管理等工作经验。
3. Familiar with the procedures and processes of the plastic packaging.
   熟悉塑料包装产品加工的流程与工艺。
4. Familiar with the project management.
   熟悉项目管理作业。
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
   英语说写流利。
6. Excel at the good communication skills, can communicate with the different regional customers.
   具有良好的沟通技巧，能与不同地区客户的人员沟通。
7. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
   强烈的工作责任心和敬业精神。
8. With the good managerial skills.
