Mission of function

- Providing and optimizing production processes to increase productivity.

Task

- Production process improvement: 1, production line design and improvement, including layout, work station design, personnel planning; 2, Updating related work instructions (SOP); 3, design and management of production jigs and tools to improve productivity and quality; 4, production performance monitor and failure analysis

- Design and updating product packing

- Support R&D to prepare production implementation of new products

- Processing and assembly time review and updating, SAP routing maintenance

- Optimize material logistic, incl. Kanban system, material receiving, storage, commissioning and feeding;

- Tracking, Evaluating and improving barcode system

- Support for production invest planning

- Align with M1 global production process

- Participate 3i program actively, coordinate and support all improvement suggestions of production

- Monitoring and reporting all productivity improvement project

- Monitoring production performance, preparing and reporting production/ lean KPI's

- Participation and supporting in supplier audits arranged by purchasing

- Comply with QMS, EHS, IS, 5S and business compliance requirement

Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of MV products

- Knowledge of processing and assembly

- Familiar with lean methodology

- Customer Orientation

- Aware project management process/ production and quality methods

- English

Experience

- Two years MV switchgear production experience

- Two years process engineering experience

Education and Language

- Bachelor degree above

- Good English level
