M Moser Associates is an international firm of architects and interior designers specializing in designing and fitting out corporate offices for multinational companies.

Our Shanghai Office was set up in 1994 and we have built a team of more than 150 with a very senior professional team to spearhead our business growth. We are now looking for:

Project Secretary 工程秘书
Location: Shanghai

? 2 years of Secretarial Work
? experience in cost accounting
? Excellent Command of English
? Good Command of Computer Skill
? Experience with multi-national company is preferable


All applicants must be Shanghai resident. The successful candidates will need to have a keen sense of team work, an aggressive charm, be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
