1. Job Purpose & Scope
Coordinate with Asia HR Regional team to implement HR projects in recruitment, HR system, HR performance indicator, etc. Support Ad hoc projects such as management trainee recruitment or other tasks for local team.
2. Key Responsibilities & Job Content
a. Understand existing process of recruitment and monitoring KPIs to improve recruiting efficiency
b. Coordinate to implement Group global processes, such as recruitment in Workday
c. Consolidate regional hiring needs for the region
d. Work on company employer branding to expand channel for recruitment, such as webpage, linkedin relation, career fair and relationship with target universities, etc.
e. Manage LinkedIn regional account : publishing relevant key positions, searching candidates and maintaining actively a talent pool across the region
f. Operational recruitment support for a project/task force/or filling in at peak demand times
g. Job description review with country HR
h. Stakeholder management: ensures a positive working relationship within the GPO recruitment, OPCO HR, Country and Local HR partners, other internal and external recruiters, candidates and hiring managers by networking, frequent communication, providing clear and honest feedback.
i. Actively participate in other regional HR projects to support Regional HR team leader as required
3. Professional Skills & Personal Behaviours (competencies)
a. Bachelor degree in business administration or other related majors
b. 1-3 years professional experience in project coordination, ideally in HR or management consultancy
c. Understand manufactory/ technological industry
d. Ability to work in international organizations
e. Ability to participate actively social media (Linked-in, twitter, facebook, etc.)
f. Interested in working with people and people assessment
g. Excellent proficiency level of English and mandarin
h. Proactive, result and future oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills, unbiased, acts independent, but also team-player with impact, ability to influence stakeholders without hierarchical power
i. MS Office skills and IT savvy in general
j. Recruitment experience is a plus
