职位描述：

1、负责会计电算化工作，登记总账，编制会计报表，编写财务情况说明书。　　

2、管理会计凭证和报表，认真执行安全、保密制度，管理好分管的会计印鉴和会计档案。　　

3、负责稽核工作，对记账凭证进行审核。对各项业务收支实行会计监督，监督检查各部门财务收支、资金使用、财产保管等工作。　　

4、分析财务收支情况，定期检查和分析财务计划、预算的执行情况，挖掘增收节支潜力，考核资金使用效果，提出加强资金管理的建议。　　

5、认真执行资金管理规定，及时收回并按期上缴各项收入款项。　　

6、加强业务学习，不断提高财会人员的业务技能。　　

7、按时完成领导交办的其它工作。
