职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
"Plans, designs, and implements manufacturing processes. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and labor utilization. Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications and needs.
"



RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
(include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
1 Responsible for the manufacturing both in NPI and mass production phase
2 Responsible for assembling, quality control and shipping manufacturing units.
3 Responsible for a variety of assembly analysis of the problems and feedback, maintain and improve
the assembly process.
4 Provide training upon requests.
5 Develop and maintain process documentation.
6 Work with customer/corp.mfg engineer, develop manufacturing/assembly tooling to ensure the design intent
is fully realized.
7 Originates, generates, and implements product cost reduction programs to meet company financial goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor of science degree in field of mechanical/electrical engineering.
2 Three years of progressive experience in mfg. engineering;
3 CET6 and spoken English very well.
4 Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
1 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional journals and technical procedures.
2 Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
3 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,
and customers.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Ability to write reports,procedures.Link with Customer and KTC engineeing group.
2 Ability to operate a computer,using word processing,spreadsheet and database software.
3 Ability to use Auto-CAD
