Job Description:

1.Assists in translating business objectives into detailed project requirements, which guide application system development/evaluation, and business process change;
2.Performs data modeling, data dictionary maintenance and database tuning;
3.Coordinates and trains a team of system support staff;
4.Complete other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines with 5 years relevant experience;
2.Strong project management experience in system implementation and roll-out. Able to gather and deliver requirement definitions, develop test plans, test case and flowcharting techniques;
3.Ability to work effectively in diverse project team(s) & able to leverage external vendors and/or consultant support when needed;
4.Promote Financial, Budgeting, MySoft Sales, Costing & Tendering systems for continuous improvement to improve work efficiency as well as reducing costs;
5.Good interpersonal skill and be able to communicate with different levels;
6.Strong planning and organizational skills;
7.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
8.Database programming skill is required;
9.Financial system implementation & maintenance experience is required. 举报 分享

瑞虹新城项目：专为年轻人士而设的综合住宅发展项目，位于虹口区，邻近多所重点大学及商业区，并建于地铁4号线临平路上盖。整个小区配套设施齐全，项目占地40公顷，规划建筑面积150万平房米。

虹桥天地项目：虹桥天地项目位于虹桥核心商务区紧邻交通枢纽的首个地块，占地面积约6.2万平方米，总建筑面积约38万平方米。项目定位为集办公、购物、餐饮、娱乐、展示为一体的综合商业，将为未来虹桥商务区的办公人群，以及高铁一小时经济圈所辐射的7500万人口提供商务、休闲的新地标平台。
